Designed as the ultimate human utopia, Virtua City has successfully made its mark as the most desirable place to live across the globe since its creation in 2099.
Still, there is no such thing as perfection, and despite a seemingly transparent government system there are some people who think Virtua City is not all it's cracked up to be. Although it boasts the lowest crime rates in the world, some questionable groups remain organized and actively disrupt the peace the city was designed to promote.
With the introduction of Cyberscape, the virtual reality counterpart to Virtua City, these groups have found new ways to spread their messages of hate and violence under the radar of the City Crime Watch. Digital glitches are evolving rapidly and emerging from their online domain to wreak havoc in the physical world.
